Because I wear a size 11 I am very pleased with these shoes. Most shoes have large soles that make your feet look large, these do not give that impression at all. They are very comfortable and accommodate my orthotics nicely. I did not have a break-in period, they were great right out of the box. I usually have a lot of issues buying shoes however I am so happy I tried Lems.

I have worn many barefoot shoes over the years, but these offer barefoot and a little cushion. I feel more grounded and better balance when I am wearing my Lems, whether it is the Mesa Verde or the sandals, I love them both. I get several compliments every time I wear them. I have the blue with orange bottoms and they are very eye catching. If you are on the fence on whether to buy them, just do it!!! I where the Mesa Verde for walking and strength training and the shoe box is perfect for toes that need wiggle room.

I rarely wear shoes. I am barefoot daily until I absolutely have to put shoes on to go in a store. I’ve worn Brooks and it helped my heel pain but since I’ve made the lifestyle change to wearing shoes 5% of the time, Brooks squish my feet. Now with postpartum my body needs real support carrying a baby so I bought these. Day 1 my lower back hurt but it’s because my posture was being corrected. I’ve worn these shoes off / on for a week now and I stand up tall, my hip and knee pain have gone away. The only “con” is my left pinky toe rubs the shoe when I wear socks. I will gladly reach for these when shoes are required. Thank you!

I bought these to accommodate my long toes that don’t fit comfortably into regular shoes. The toe box is wider than usual, but still curved in a way that means my third and fourth toes are a little smushed. I’ll wear them with toe cushions because they’re just as comfortable - but no more so - than my regular sneakers. Note that the top of the shoe has a stiff “ridge” on the outside - I like it but some might not. Also: these run small. I had to return the first pair and I got a half-size larger, which fits, other than the toe problem.
